Painted Pet Portraits

Price: 300 EUR / ~350 USD

Half-body portrait of your pet with a painted background of your choice. Smaller pets (reptiles, small birds, exotic pets) will have their whole body in frame and bigger ones (horses, dogs, cats) will be framed as half-body or bust depending on the pose and composition. I often paint flowers for the backgrounds but I’m open to any ideas!

Reference Photos

I prefer to have as many reference photos as possible so send over an album if you can! Photos taken outside or in natural light are the best.

Process and payment

Once I have received your reference photos and ideas, I will send you 1-2 sketches/initial drafts to give you a rough idea of the composition, colors and pose. Any major changes to the pose and composition will need to be made during the sketch stage. After you approve the sketch, I will start painting and update you on my progress as necessary. Minor changes and adjustments (like fixing small details or colors) are possible during the entire process.

Payments are made via Paypal invoices. I usually require payment after the sketch phase.

My turnaround time is about 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.
